yesterday after weighing myself, I went to the bathroom and weighed again. 245.6, so the frop between yesterday and today wasn't as huge as this seems. Still, I cant explain the drop, especially given all the cookies I ate. Was it a suddenly sped up metabolism? Did I eat less than I thought? (When in doubt, which is infrequent, I do tend to, though try not to overreport.) Or was it the pills from Smoothie King, the ones for burning calories. I might have to try those out on a more permanent basis. Or maybe that's the drop before the plateau.

Last night we were at Target and I picked some Myoplex shakes up. Beside it were the thermogenics and fat blockers. Maybe I will give those a try. I have been considering medical weight loss. Maybe that will help instead, although having a doc supervise should be enough.

Going to Busch Gardens today. Calories will be hard to account for as will the walking. Numbers today may be off.
244.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
