ok... its all fun and games till you cant get your wedding ring on... but now i am back at work and its time to get cracking at this thing again.

more than a little annoyed with myself for letting myself get this bad (worse actually) but its my own fault...
149.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
