I'm beginning to see the correlation between caloric intake and weight loss. I've been eating approximately 1/3 fewer calories (c. 900) than i should (c. 2700) and have been loosing the appropriate amount of weight (c. 1/3 lb/day). If anything this has taught me how well my metabolism currently works. Facinating.
