Didn't drink as much water as I had been previously. Need to drink more water and get back on the morning smoothies instead of just eggs and toast with jelly every morning.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
