body fat 25.9%. So this is a great result, checked it a second time even. But 2 days ago I was 94K. Took this one straight after a 40k bike ride. I think my fluid levels are bouncing all over the place.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
