I've had best intentions to track calories, but i keep forgetting, and in the end, I'm back to running 5 times per week and the weight is right where it needs to be. June marathon is next!
129.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
