I have been walking 10,000 steps since July 2011 and my weight is slowly going down and I feel so much better. I havent changed my eating much except to not finish everything on my plate, to not always have a dessert and to drink diet sodas.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.1 lb a week
