Scale not moving this week, but most likely due to TOM, water retention, and taking a lot of IB for pain and inflammation. I'm staying in the game, though; because I am seeing results in my measurements...before I know it, the pounds will be falling off. I know it takes time, just can't wait to see the new and improved me!
