Christmas. Could not track a few things. Did not work out for 4 days.
This week I'll workout for 3 days then try to track what I can. For sure I'll gain some pounds but after New Year's day everything will go back to normal and I'll go back to 156 lbs. in one month. For now, I'll take advantage of my new weight and break some personal powerlifting records.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
