I finally managed to break the 70kg mark! YAY! on by 0.05g but i'll accept that! Trouble is now i have to stay below that! Gunna be hard because one, i'm on holiday and it's so hard not to indulge! two, its christmas which always makes me sad and lonely leading to more over eating and three, even though i'm only 23 i've noticed a change in my metabolism and it's hard to shift weight...
