Much better!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I still need to get some exersizing in. Falling short of that.
I just been lazy, need to get my butt moving. I have been doing well on tracking my points, and making sure I get my water in for the day. But it all has to come together to make this work.
144.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.9 lb a week

Couldn't have said it better myself. :) Why does the exercising part have to seem like...well...work??? But you've got all the pieces of the puzzle figured out & it seems like you've got a great attitude, so you're on your way! I hope I can follow your lead (no pressure...haha).
