Good result but bouncing around a bit. Did not eat much yesterday. Drank a bit though. No dinner really as well, so thinking it will bounce back up. Body Fat 26.3%
204.6 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
