i feel like i've just let go. because i am not physically gaining weight yet, the number is very clear. its time for a change. i refuse to let spring break or even the summer meet me with flabby thighs, stretch marks, and a loose butt. Goal weight is 125. i think i can do it. Hopefully.. We'll see starting tomorrow :)
