Thought I would do a weigh in for 1 week and with low expectations. I haven't done my usual exercising around, but yes shopping for gifts. Still doing yoga, which leaves me sore in the hips and shoulders. I counted my sluggishness as my body in a necessary reparative mode. So I was glad to see that my regimen diligence yielded another 2.8 pounds off since last weeks minor 1.6 pounds. Not that 1.6 pounds wasn't welcome after two weeks. It was that it was not in line with my usual losses.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 December 2015:
