Blame it on the Wendy's I had last night. I'm not going to let that happen again. So disappointed in myself :(
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how that feels...the guilt after you eat something, once it sets in that you really shouldn't have eaten it...but now you'll remember this feeling next time you are tempted to stop at a Wendy's ;)
