I'm not sure why I thought I'd see a change in my weight in only one day haha. But I'm sure I'll lose at least 1 lb by the end of the week. I did so well with food and exercise yesterday!
157.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
