My weight is way up. It wasn't a pretty weekend. I went out of town and didn't feel good all weekend. I didn't eat too much, but I didn't work out either. On top of that I have a head cold or allergies or something. I feel pitiful today. I hope I feel better this evening so I can get in a good workout.
