Okay, I'm going to consider this a + that I didn't gain anything. Chinese food and wine Saturday night isn't high on the diet list. What I'm positive about, is that I didn't let it go into the next day. I excercised and got right back on the diet wagon! Hoping for a weight loss next week!
165.2 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
