Fell apart for a few days with the move of my classroom. Stressed out and fell into the same old habits of eating when stressed. I didn't have time to work out but tried to at least eat the low carb way for breakfast and lunch....at school. That helped. The binging on sugar was beginning to get to me but I pulled back and I am feeling beter.. I am back on track! Yippee. I have also started to loose weight again. That always helps.

I take the Atkins bars to school and veggies cut up to snack on . That does help with the nervous eating and hunger around 4pm. Eating a snack at 4-5pm every day has helped me with not going crazy with the nibbling. :)
201.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
