weigh in at doctor checkup oct 23. drastically revised calorie intake from 1300 to 1600. tough to do.being diabetic type 2 have to watch carbs and sugars. hard to find
foods with high calories and low carbs,sugars,and saturated fats.suggestions welcome
new goal 135
131.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.9 lb a week
