Good pace for the first week. Additional 2 bikerides on top of P90X will get motab going. Maybe go for 2 lbs a week but nothing more than that. About 11 weeks to go. Maybe 12 with the holidays. :)
182.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
