I know it's tempting to do that. Glad you entered the gain and sharing your thoughts with us. We've been there too. Today is another day.
I used to get really down on myself when I had a gain and often would give up on my whole plan. One of the things that has helped me the most recently is accepting the fact that I'm not perfect and never will be. There are times when I'm going to screw up and when I do, I no longer beat myself up for it. I just wake up the next day and ask myself what can I do better today? It sounds silly, but it helps.
