1257 kcal Fat: 96.65g | Prot: 79.35g | Carb: 23.84g.   Breakfast: bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, meatballs-0ne time only, sunflower butter cookies (choc..too), all beef hotdog, sweet italian sausage. Lunch: kale, ranch dressing, parm cheese, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), tomatoes, Chicken Breast, Fred's Flaxseed Crackers. Dinner: heavy cream, Egg White, whipping cream, oil, new hope mills pancake and waffle mix. Snacks/Other: sugar free jello. more...
