I did better at keeping my food journal, which always helps me have greater weight loss. I've been out for food twice this weekend, though, so I hope to be more strict during the week again.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi all - this is my first time on fatsecret. I joined because I need help "flipping" the perverbial switch - you know the one. I equate it to a light switch that has been shut off now for almost a year. I'm at the heaviest I've been since I gave birth to my 7 year old son. Lately I've tried hypnotism to flip the switch but to no avail. To be honest, I've got an appointment with an acupuncturist tomorrow as I've heard they can control appetite using the technique. I've been reading soooooo much about weight loss and all of the programs talk about controlling hunger. I have to laugh at that as when I'm in the state I'm in hunger doesn't play a role - as a matter of fact the only time in the day that I truly feel hungry is in the a.m. before I have my first meal. After that I'm eating so constantly I never get "hungry". What is the magic to control appetite? That's the key... The all elusive will power is far from reach for me lately. HELP>>>>>
