Did some weights, did some chocolate covered peanuts (carbs + protein), then had a large chicken breast, took on some water, now we'll watch it fall off over the next few days and hopefully take some fat with it :-)
330.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 17.5 lb a week
