Theh weight hasnt hanged much but i look slimmer i am not sure if its just me or really progress anyhow will continue i my workouts and dieats high protien and compound workouts all the way i even included walking the dog on a regular basis now now sure how many Km i covered yerteday but will take my cellphone an duse google fit to measure. i am sure i will loos more then 7 pounds before christmas....
193.8 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
