i kept a busy this weekend i did mountain biking for 20km which for and hour and a half on saturday and the took a lovely 3.5km hike with the family and shopping afterwards but we eventually covered 6.5km was tired at the end of the day but feeling good. stcuk to rich protein meals and fruits for the weekeend although we where eating at resturants. i am mso happy that i havent touched a drop of alchohol. this morning i was back at the gym with my gym partner and we did our routine as usual compound workouts for the chest mostly and HIIT on the row machine.

going in for a spinning class this evening. Wednesday is my big review for weight loss progress i say wednesday beacause it is my rest day after.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
