weekend away with the family.... not a healthy item consumed the entire weekend... this morning scale is the proof, plus the ever growing size of the belly and ass, resulting in my pants not fitting toooooo well.
145.9 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
