Did pretty well losing weight over the summer but now that I'm back at college, the weight is steadily increasing. I work out regularly and try to make healthy choices but my efforts are currently not working. feeling VERY frustrated. I also work out approx. 5 times a week. I know i can bump it up to six but still feel like im putting forth alot of effort and not seeing any results.
