I've had a horrible past 3 weeks. Stress with job, school and the other women with my husbands baby has caused me to fall on this diet. I bought a few things to get back going again. It seems I don't have alot of time to make food with the demands of school. Any suggestions? I've been hitting the fast food route yikes~!!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

My diet in a pinch: Instant oatmeal for Breakfast--any flavor fruit yogurt for snack Canned soup for lunch (amy's split pea or progresso lentil) Applesauce or banana for snack squash dipped in hummus or other bean dip for dinner with another yogurt or glass of milk with chocolate whey protein whipped in. baby carrots and peach for snack

I use slimfast...they have breakfast bars, drinks in the can...or the cheaper way...powder shakes that taste excellent. ive been on it a week, and I am down 1.2lbs!! last time I lost 30lbs! (then gave up sigh) Cheaper then take out, and for me at least, when Im stressed, it kills the chocolate cravings!!
