WOOO! I finally broke 200lbs! First time that I've been under 200lbs since highschool, so this is a very good thing. I feel as if I will have to go lower once I reach my goal of 195 pounds, but I am not at all discouraged.
I've sort of switched out of the slow-carb diet in some ways. I am less strict about eating carbs and more strict about watching my caloric intake and restricting my calories. So far, it's been working. For the most part though, I still stick to slow-carb/paleo freiendly foods.
