Been a while since I last weighed in. In that time I went to Barcelona, London, and Ibiza. And I lost 5 pounds! I know the prociutto and bread, and wine everyday didn't help, but the walking for hours did for sure.
And I haven't been running in quite sometime, the 1/2 marathon is in 3 weeks so this week I'm really pushing myself to eat right and complete all of my runs. Also planning on journaling my food intake and exercise on here.
163.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
