Been a while since I last weighed in. In that time I went to Barcelona, London, and Ibiza. And I lost 5 pounds! I know the prociutto and bread, and wine everyday didn't help, but the walking for hours did for sure. And I haven't been running in quite sometime, the 1/2 marathon is in 3 weeks so this week I'm really pushing myself to eat right and complete all of my runs. Also planning on journaling my food intake and exercise on here.
