Not an ounce of change...hmmm....not quite sure what to do....i know holding steady is better than gaining BUT so hard to stay motivated. Sometimes when I hold steady there's a bigger loss the next week...let's keep fingers crossed that it's just a delayed reward.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
