Bacon links bocchoi soup lots of fat intake today. Make up for my high carb day yesterday at Baja chips and salsa. November goal is 185. About pound a week. Timing my food to every 2 hours at least need to learn to fast in between.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
