I am having such a hard time wating for the scale to go down, it must be true what they say about "50". Anyway, I still have that wedding on January 16th that I will be matrom of honor in a pretty dress. I want to look good in the dress. If it looks good I'll use it as my profile picture! I'm eating right but still no luck with the scale- I've been exercising at least 6 days a week!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi! FRUSTRATION... are you drinking plenty of water? If you want we can try to check in more often and keep each other motivated. I really want to have a few more pounds off also by mid Jan, I am meeting my sister in england for a couple of weeks. Take car and hang in there! kakleen
