So much travel, so little will power! I just returned from 10 days abroad and the ONLY reason I haven't gained is I averaged about 12 miles a day walking!
I'm home again, just in time for the holidays! Still, I may not be losing like I hoped, but at least I'm not gaining. I'm back on it and maybe the next few weeks will show some results.
