I think I am shrinking my stomach back to normal! I used the water tip from the water challenge and it worked! Whenever I feel hungry I drink a glass of water and it fills me up. Cuz i was actually dehydrated, not hungry. Except right now. I'm eating a banana for breakfast lol. And I will prolly have a pickle. I could eat a jar of pickles a day.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
