This is a depressing weight--big party with lots of starch last nite, but Monday is a good day to get back on track. Going to try no breakfast, write it down and 1 lite beer at home.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
