No exercise at all yesterday, drank several pints of water, ate good amount of chocolate last thing because I was in the mood for it... and I'm lighter. Betcha anything if I'd worked out hard I'd be heavier. Water goes on, water comes off. Well, let's get it off for a while cos I'm just not comfy being this heavy. I'll leave the weights alone for a few days then try a handful of squats. I have to do something as I'm in a recliner all day - back trouble - and that's bad for you so I do need exercise.
327.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Well done mate. What's your walking ability like? even a 30min stroll is better than nothing.

If you want to lose gentle exercise is the way. As muscle is heavier than fat. Sometimes if you do lot of exercise at first you either gain or stay the sam, after a while you wait will drop if you watch the calories. Food luck and keep going
