Not bad for birthday and anniversary week. Exercise helped. So did keeping track of portions. But tracking fell apart by Sunday. Going to try to be the perfect WW member this week. Can do anything for a week, right?
169.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
