Start 3 + 4 + 4 + 3 + 4 + 2 daily. Ok to have cheat meal, but try to stay within points or a little over. For cheat meal, have a burger with no fries, or have a burger with no bun and eat fries. If I drink wine, have it with meal and consider it points. No just going crazy, stay in check. Also, when completely stressed out on weekend... Take a 2 mile jog instead of having wine. Goal is to become an athlete.
