Today's stats on the scale were as following:
Weight: 150.4 Fat: 31.3% Water: 50% Muscle: 35.5%
Have lost a little amount of weight... SO CLOSE TO SUB 150lbs!
Stats show a slight increase in fat% and loss in muscle and water% which isn't good, but the numbers are slowly shifting towards the right direction.
Diet has been hit and miss this week, it has for the last couple of weeks, but when I have been able to weigh out my meals and choose foods that are healthy I have done each time. We have had a few home cooked meals done by my uncle which were full of pastry and carbs but they were lovely and I made sure to eat some fruit an hour before hand so that I didn't give my self a huge portion ;)
I also got a new 2nd job this week which will involve a lot of running around on my feet so that should help with some exercise :)

Still to go: 31.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
