Lots of carbs yesterday started off with cheese cake, McDonald's, and popcorn. But walked almost 6 miles. I'm sure I'm gaining muscle too. My average calories is still 1500. Taking phentermine before eating and protein for breakfast.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
