First week back from binging hiatus. Trying to get back into rhythm again. Deep sleep continues to be a problem. Back usually sore the next morning. Trying to figure out conveniency for early morning workout. Weight increased to 190lbs. Meatless vegetarian style diet weakens my strength in the gym. Inclining to stick with only chicken and fish. Practicing one meal a day with only water or tea in between. Abstaining from coffee for the time being.
