another week where the ill seems to at least have one benefit. I've pulled my ribs coughing though and am worried how I long it will take to get back to where I was exercise wise when I get better.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm sorry you are suffering through the same thing as me! Worrying doesn't do anything except raise your blood pressure and does it really matter how long it takes to get back where you were? I mean you already know you can do it and taking care of your body (remember it's the only one you've got!) is the most important thing! I'll keep you in my prayers that you will get back to your strength quickly once you are fully recovered :D

Thanks spiritspell. Exercise is something I find really important to my emotional and mental wellbeing, more than anything, which is why I'm finding it hard without. I am finding I don't find sweet things as appealing and am mostly eating fruit and veg, so I suppose one disadvantage balances with another advantage! Thanks for your support.
