Not an "actual" weight, but a guess as to where I am at. Restarting my diet after losing my youngest son last year. I have not gained all I had lost previously, but much of it. Am looking at eating 1200 cal, knocking out the sugars, breads, and much of the processed foods. Am also looking at regular walks and adding activities like hiking, zumba, cross-country skiing, etc. throughout the week.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
