So I was on vacation last weekend and I completely ate whatever I wanted. I've gained a ton of weight. But yesterday I went out and bought running shoes and am planning on running a ton and exercising daily. I feel terrible and I just want to feel good again.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
