I had to use a scale at work. Not sure how accurate it is so I added a couple of extra pounds just in case.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2056 kcal Fat: 91.97g | Prot: 30.87g | Carb: 322.21g.   Breakfast: Original Glazed Doughnut, activia, almonds, walnut, sugar, coffee-mate powder creamer, decafinated instant coffee. Lunch: chicken, mayo, banana. Snacks/Other: microwave popcorn, junior pop, Mini Apple Cinnamon Muffins, mini muffins, Licorice, dark chocolate m & m's. more...
losing 10.1 lb a week
