trying trying to make exercise & healthy eating a habit & not a season. Goal : 65lbs by September vacation cause I want to cut my hair off too. Hey vanity will get you there!
262.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 132.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
