I know I have not be exercising or eating right, Sunday started a new day for me. Walked a mile in 18 minutes getting ready for my 5K in october!!!!
256.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
